"This trip was a headache. I purchased a room with two queen beds and a sofa, when I first arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. After waiting about 20 minutes, they checked me in and provided me with a code for the parking garage. The code did not work, I had to go back to the front desk to retrieve a new code. When I finally got upstairs to my room, the room was incorrect! They had me and my family in a room that had one king size bed and a twin pull out bed"

"We checked in at 3:30 and it was warm in our room but we thought this was due to AC being turned off but really the AC was broke in most rooms. When we got back in after attending braves games at 11:00 P.M. it was even warmer. We asked a staff member and the AC had been out since the day before. They did not even warn us at check in but told us at almost midnight we could leave and go find another room. The staff was terrible and made no accommodations. The next day I tried to get reimbursed or partially reimbursed but stated since I booked through expedia there was nothing Sheraton could do. The staff was terrible at any information or helping us. I pad over $500 for two nights for the AC to be out the entire trip. I would be vary cautious of booking this property. "

"The Ugly: I had an issue with the lack of sound dampening from hallway noise. It was noticeable that there is no insulation around the room door. They also are loose when they closed and rattle when adjacent doors slam shut. Can hear hallway conversations as if the were in the room with you. Property management could easily remedy this with insulation around the door frames. Small investment to increase the quality of sleep for their guests. The Bad: Pool was drained and not in working order. And breakfast was $15 The Good: You can literally take public transportation (Marta Train and Bus) from the airport to the front door of the hotel. Love that the bus stops in front of the hotel in both directions. Once I learned that, I used it to get around the rest of the weekend. "
