The website says coffee between 6-11am but it was NEVER ready that early! Luckily there are several restaurants/gas station nearby! The carpet on the stairs is discussing and needs to be replaced. And for non-smoking rooms, the curtains smell like ashtrays!

This is the second or third time I have stayed at this hotel and the property has gone so downhill. The first room we were given, had a bed that was shaped like a taco so we removed to a different room where it was infested with German cockroaches, feces, covered bedsheets, and it was in a struggle just to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Five years ago, I would have recommended it to anyone now I do not recommend it to no one.

When I tried to check in the Motel 6 receptionist could not find my reservation in their system. They blamed it on Hotels.com. Their suggestion to resolve the issue was to contact Hotels.com, cancel the original reservation, and book another reservation at a higher rate. I did not feel comfortable doing this, nor could I afford to spend more money and wait 7-10 business days for my refund to post. I made my original reservation and paid im good faith that I would have a room. Fortunately the representative with Hotels.com helped me get a room at another hotel at no extra cost to me.
