"Location can present as a little questionable or off-putting based on the parking lot maintenance (potholes) and people that are randomly standing outside talking or smoking. Staff, particularly Miss Wanda, was more than pleasant and engaging. Very courteous and her (customer) service would be the saving grace of the entire experience. The room was decent at first glance. Yet, after settling in later in the evening there were details that spoke to some questions of long-term maintenance. The bathroom (tub) was pretty clean. Yet, when actually paying attention to the shower head, it was full of lime scale. That was very off-putting and since it was an overnight stay, I decided not to wash up until my next destination. One other thing that I took notice of was the chair foot stool combination was very dingy, if not dirty. So that was not used in too much capacity for what it was intended. Otherwise, the bed and bedding was comfortable and the TV and other amenities were operable and useful (refrigerator/microwave/air conditioning) Breakfast was solid. Standard selection. Waffle, eggs, juice, coffee, cereal, muffins, bread, and bagels. Overall, a decent stay for a one night layover. If I came back, it would just simply be for the pleasantry of Miss Wanda."
