"The room seemed cleaned. The bed was comfortable enough. There was the biggest roach that I ever seen at the base of the bed at 2am though. Also, couldn't use the shower because the pressure was that of a firehose and it started to flood the bathroom. There also wasnt enough lighting in the room we had to have all lights (bedside, desk lamp, bathroom light) on to be able to see anything. Besides those factors it was a decent enough stay. I will say the 24 hour airport shuttle is the redeeming quality and is enough to make me consider staying again if I ever come this way again."

"The hotel was clean I would give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars the reason im giving 3 stars is because the sheets were had something caked on them. I called to tell the front desk and they checked with house keeping they were gone for the day at 5pm and I was told I could come and get some sheets and change them. I had just checked in and I have to come and sheets and change them bad customer service. "

"we woke up by sound of dripping from leaking roof. It was reported to the staff. Fortunately it was right before our check out. Hopefully it will get fixed, since this might be construction hazard."

"Check in was a disaster, the Lady was dumb as a rock, kept making mistakes, told me a room would be ready in 30 mins, I waited 2 hrs, then another dumb lady suggested they are not even in communication " not in the loop" when it comes to getting rooms ready. I wont ever be back, period "

"Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. No one is walking there, so charging $30 a night for self parking is crazy to me. Anyway, it is a gorgeous hotel, we had an atrium view room which we paid extra for. We had some food from the sports bar, it was decent, nothing to write home about. "
