I've always wanted to go to Roswell and check out alien stuff. I've read up on the town and watched hundreds of documentaries. All the alien stuff was really cool and as expected. What wasn't expected was everything else Roswell had to offer.

Plenty of branded and local restaurants and hotels to choose from. The International UFO Museum is highly informational through their videos and library of documents but also had fun props and animatronics. Several other museums. Polite people.

Loved Roswell! I was not expecting much from this stay, but the way the town just embraces the alien theme is fantastic! Even the streetlights look like alien faces. We went across 5 states on this trip and Roswell was one of the highlights.

People in Roswell are very friendly and it's nice to see such a big city that caters so much to canine companions. The "alien" attractions are whimsical and fun.

We like Roswell for its cultural offerings, upbeat (think green 👽) demeanor and it trees. The Hubbard Museum is a gem.

We are not really into the Alien thing, however we were traveling Route 66 and detoured to Carlsbad Caverns. This was perfect place to stay. We did the Museum in town and even thought not into UFO's or Aliens found it enjoyable & informative.

I loved visiting the UFO Museum and would highly recommend this interesting place! I was there to pick up a puppy, so I didn't have that much time to sight see. It seems like a sweet little town, and I plan to go back.

I think they should lean into the alien thing a bit more downtown, it seems they're gentrifying it so it's not as schlocky. I mean, I WENT for the schlock!!
"Stopped here for one night during my trip. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and great for a quick swim. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to restaurants. Good price for what you get. I’d stay here again."
"This was the nicest motel six I have stayed in. They allow two dogs, which is very nice and without a fee. Additionally the hotel was so nice. It was like staying in a Holiday Inn without the price. I totally recommend this place."
"Thank you for your generosity in allowing us to check out at noon to accommodate my 81 year old mother's dentist appointment. It took alot of pressure off of me knowing we didnt have to check out at 8:45am before her 9am appointment that took 2.5 hours. It was very much appreciated. "
"We were so surprised by this unexpected gem. The lobby is gorgeous. The staff (and I spoke to many) were all friendly and helpful. It’s a remodeled retirement center so the rooms are huge! With separate bedrooms! The breakfast had REAL scrambled eggs, sausage and the fluffiest pancakes I’ve had in a long time. (Seriously, these carbs were worth it. lol) We came for the Aliens but our kids liked the room so much we decided to stay an extra night and do some Rockhounding in the area. "
