"When we arrived and got checked in went to our room, apparently someone else was checked into the same room. Went back to the front desk let them know what had happened the hotel receptionist was super friendly and apologized and gave us a new room. Although we got a new room we didn’t notice till after but the carpet was damp. It didn’t bother us, we enjoyed our stay! "

From prompt fast service checking in, to quick valet pulling up my car and this round I even had a nice fruit plate waiting for me. Love the quick and easy stroll down Hollywood Blvd and right back to the comfort of my room. Remember VIP members get extra perks so sign up. $31 credit per day for food and drinks is always a plus. Also please note valet is probably the lowest rate in all of LA so take up the offer and remember to tip. "
