"Friendly and helpful staff. Our hotel Room had hole in carpet. Hotel was clean. Very very disappointed that the pool heater was not working. We had our grandchildren with us we were not able to swim. Pool was freezing. Our grand kids were so disappointed. We bought new swim masks, snorkels, and pool toys they could not use. "

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."

"Could be cleaner. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was nice - hot tub needed cleaning and more water. Breakfast was eggs sausage biscuit and gravy and waffles, cereal yogurt, breads. Fruit only on weekends. Like coffee was available all day. Bathrooms needed cleaning to be finished with repair in pool area. Carpet needed vacuuming but room was clean. Appreciated clean towels sheets etc-"

"Short stay for my daughter and I. It was clean, staff were friendly and room was spacious. It was also quiet. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but overall stay was good!"

"No airport shuttle on this property! Staff didn’t know where a nearby restaurant was, they knew one was across street, I went over after checking in, it’s closed on Monday! I told staff member and she said thanks! "
