Check out the downtown strip - there's incredible food from all over the world and lots of interesting shops. Parking can be a pickle.

I used to live in San Bruno over 40 years ago and was so impressed with how the city has updated where necessary but kept its cozy charm.

It's the suburbs. Everything is nearby within a short drive. Quick drive to the hotel. Felt safe the entire time.

We found a really cute friendly restaurant with music on a Tuesday night dinner and dessert with wine was what we needed for a great send off. Bayshore Blvd.

A lot of really good dining options in San Bruno. This hotel is on the outer edge of that, but we managed.

San Bruno is a little rough around the edges but I had absolutely no concerns about safety.
"Beds very comfortable and the transport to and from sites was reasonably priced. My host employee at check In, Eric warmed up immediately and help me resolve my reservation / itinerary mix up. Not very happy with a 35$ over priced continental breakfast. Enjoyed my stay and decided to eat elsewhere for breakfast. Mels Dinner early and dont moss tommys joynt after noon. "
"I went with my 21-year-old daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had a great three nights stay. We had fun in the Tonga room, we loved our Bayview hotel room, all the staff was very nice and the area around there is beautiful - we will definitely be coming back."
"Had a really quick but great time here. Views from thr 9th floor are really great. Rates were great, parking wasnt ideal, but it's the city so that's just that but still just a few blocks away which is ran 24 hours so you should feel safe leaving your car with their recomended parking"
