Staff in front desk were very helpful and professional. The airport shuttle took over 30 minutes which was quite concerning since it was late at night. Also the van is pretty small so it can just take around 7 people. The room was very clean and quiet although it had a musty smell but we got to air it out with the screen door leading to the balcony.
