"The blinds would not close. Called front desk and they couldn’t get them closed either. No ice bucket and no coffee maker. We would not stay at this property again."

"There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace."

"We had a king size bed. 3 out of the 5 pillows, their pillowcases had obviously not been replaced from the previous tenants and on one you could smell body odor. They were promptly replaced after we called the desk person. She was very apologetic. At breakfast we had to ask for the cups for the fountain juices that were not out. The over all experience did not match the rating and reviews we read prior to booking."

"It was an interesting stay. Some good, some bad, some great. First, the bad - we spent extra for a King Deluxe with a "large soaking tub". LOL, it was your standard little contractor special tub. A 6 year old might have approved of the upcharge, but I didn't. Next, the good - outstanding service by the staff at all shifts. Finally, the great - the second floor ice machine is NUGGET ICE! If you're an ice addict, you will understand."
