"Friendly staff at the front desk. I had dropped my credit card, and I got a call telling me they had found it. Kept it safe at the front desk for when I returned. Also had me verify who I was and show id before they gave it to me. Very wise. Thank you!"
"Our stay got off to a rough start. The room had a moldy refrigerator, hairs in the beds and used towels in the bathroom. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere. Thank you to Gabriel (fellow Cowboys fan) who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one."
