I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area. "
"Very nice hotel. My dbl queen size room (with a hide-a-way in the smaller sofa) was spacious. Lots of room. Only issue i saw was the door handle being loose on the barn door-style bathroom door. Microwave and small fridge are nice to have as well. Friendly staff as well. Would stay again when in the area. "
