"Room couldn’t stay a decent temp without being too hot or too cold. The Regular pools ventilation is horrible , my kids started coughing real bad after being in there for only 10 minutes and it was really really hot in there and the pool water had too much chemicals or something it burned our eyes and just wasn’t a great time ."

"the hotel is big and spacious. lots of grass surrounding if you’re traveling with dogs. rooms are big and clean. my only issue was with checkin. there’s always quite the line at check in time and they only had one staff person. i had an issue with my room (smoke detector battery chirping) and it took a long time to solve. almost 30 mins. that was frustrating. but staff is lovely. they just need more staff. "
