I've been to Castle Rock several times (my daughter lives there). My only regret is that the traffic is crazy busy.

Good
We wish there was a hotel closer to the areas around the newer homes or old town or the new town area . It took a longer time to get to see our family . Also a shuttle to town would be helpful.
"Check in was very welcoming. Matthew at from desk was great. Evening milk & cookies was a fun amenity.
Very walkable downtown area.
Parking is exhorbitantly expensive at the hotel. Plenty of other nearby garages available."
"The room was very nice and clean. Appreciate the full length mirror also. Used the fitness center and thewhich had enough free weights, and the pool. Pool was well designed with loungers and padded furniture but should have been cleaned. Lots of bugs and some dirt. Cuisinart coffee is not as good as Keurig. "
"Big hotel not to far from downtown. Easy check in. Great fresh cookies on arrival. Elevators were tiny and very busy st peak times. Bar and restaurants on site was great."
