Hotels in Pocono Pines

"There was no towels in the room. I called housekeeping twice and nothing, called the front desk twice, then I was told to go downstairs to get it after 45 mins of waiting. We had dinner reservations that I had to move 4 times because we couldn’t shower until we go the towels. We had no shampoo, no sheets for the bunk beds, I asked for accommodation they said they couldn’t do anything. I asked to extend for late check out, they only extended for a hour noon. I told them I would pay extra for it and they couldn’t help. The staff members were really rude and not helpful at the hotel. I don’t plan on going back to camelback resort after this experience. "

"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Room had zero hot water. Not even warm. Ice cold. So no showering."

"Had a really great time. It would’ve been much nicer in the pool area had the water bin a little warmer and talking with some of the other gas in the pool they all said the same thing not sure what it’ll take to do that, but it will go a long way. "

"STAY AWAY! The images online are entirely misleading. This is mainly a residence hotel for people otherwise homeless. I found a hypodermic on the ground. My next fire neighbor came home drunk at midnight and ranted on the phone for an hour and a half, with the F word liberally sprinkled, and started in again at 630 the following morning! There's way too much that's horrible here for me to put in writing. See my photos. "
