"The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful.
The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!"
"Overall this is a great spot - convenient, great staff, great bar/food options. The only slight negative was the lack of cleanliness of the outdoor space (lots of dirty dishes left on tables with no people sitting at them) and the missing corn hole sacks. Other than that the experience was stellar and we would definitely return. Also, the bar staff deserve a raise. I have never seen hotel bartenders so eager and willing to accommodate guests close to closing/after posted hours. Truly exceptional service from the check in desk and at the bar for sure."
