"Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. The hotel amenities were awesome, especially “the park.” Plenty of restaurants. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk, which was clean! Ocean will be my go to spot in A.C."
"Convenience. Sunday check in and they used ten agents which made it quicker. If you book through a third site, don’t bother trying to use the rapid check in kiosk. The safe in the room didn’t work. The resort fee is a little bit higher than what is quoted on hotels.com if you drive out of the parking garage before 6:30 AM the gate is open so we didn’t pay the $10. The beach is black because of some minerals you can see out in the water giant black rocks so we decided to go north 2/10 of a mile where the beach is less black. Pool is quiet and no frills but it’s heated. Beware in the parking garage two older, sketchy guys pretending to clean off their car right next to mine, for 10 minutes, but never opening their car door, exactly around checkout time. I told security and he said there was nothing he could do and I should just move my car so I did."
