Perfect location for our stay. We had several shops in walking distance which gave us a nice chance to get some fresh air without driving. It was quiet and breakfast was great!

Our stay was nice. The staff was very helpful and very personable. The breakfast looked very good. We checked out early and just got juice and coffee.

The enviroment

The hallway carpet was gross, but the room was nice. The breakfast was half as good as the offerings at the Wawa down the street and was twice the price. I optimistically went for the hotel breakfast the first morning but got a microwaved hard roll with a from frozen egg and cheese for $13 and learned my lesson.

Great stay for overnight trip.

We were turned away by another hotel chain that accepts pets in some locations, but apparently not in Waldorf (not clear on their corporate website). After driving 9+ hours and arriving at 10:30 pm, their manager wouldn't accommodate or make an acception. IMAGINE OUR PLEASURE when greeted kindly & warmly by the staff at Reaidence Inn,where we were upgraded to a 2bd suite at no extra charge when it was discovered the room Id frantically booked online was unavailable! HIGHLY recommend this hotel...

Great room, heat worked very well

The property was what is expected from a Holiday Inn Express, it was clean, neat, and staffed by professional people. The location was perfect.

The Hotel is realitively new and everything is clean and in great working order. The shower had three cannisters mounted on the wall for dispersing shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The bed was comfortable with an ample number of pillows. There are plenty of lights spread throughout the room. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot food (eggs, great bacon, pancakes, cereals and toast) along with a broad selection of drinks. Clean modern hotel. The suite had been updated since the last time I stayed here for business and liked their room set up better.

The property was clean. The staff was helpful. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed to stay there.

It's always a risk traveling to an unfamiliar area, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and location. I traveled with my husband and son and we went to a nearby Mexican restaurant for a delicious dinner.

Clean room and bathroom. No signs of bed bugs. Restaurants and shopping area in close by. Breakfast was OK. Overall the stay was pleasant.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Super clean, not noisy, great breakfast. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely go back.

Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again

Great hotel lobby and welcoming friendly reception staff. Rooms clean and comfortable! Unfortunately heating was out in our room. Free shuttle bus available to the MGM made our stay perfect not having to worry about parking at the theater venue! We shall return next time we are going to a concert at the MGM!
