"This room was great for us (232). However I booked two rooms - full handicap accessible due to the fact that my brother in law is an amputee and my dad is elderly. My brother in laws room (323) was not fully accessible and it was difficult for him. He was told it was handicap but there was no shower seat as shown in the picture and there were no grab bars for the toilet. More than one night and we would have to leave. The coffee maker in his room had to be replaced. When the person came to replace it, he was told it was NOT the fully accessible room, yet the front desk said it was. Per ADA this should be a top priority for your handicap visitors. "
"Great hotel, nearly new. The only issue waa, we booked via Expedia at 4PM (we are on an 8500 mile road trip), and one hour later the room was $26 less expensive on Expedia. It was a non-refundable booking. This is not the first time this has occurred."
