"The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we wanted to take a shower in the morning. This was extremely disappointing as the location was perfect. "

"I'm not sure if this hotel is under different management or have changed their priorities. I've stayed here a few times for business over a few years. I wont stay here again. While the front customer service was very good, the hotel is simply not well kept. If I can share pictures with this review I will but the bottom line is the hotel is run down and gross. From hair (pubic or head?) in the sink and around the toilet to stains in the carpets and furniture, it's not a clean, relaxing experience. "
