"This is a convenient Budget Hotel for when I am visiting family. There are some new rules in place however you must leave a cash deposit which I was not aware of prior and they check your room before that deposit is returned to you. Also they check the rooms each day whether you want them cleaned or not and threatened to kick us out if we do not allow them in the rooms. My guess is that there is some transitional housing occurring at this location and there are stricter rules in place. Not...

"Good location, about an hour away from both Kings Canyon and Sequoia National parks. Has good facilities, and great service. Our room was set up nicely and was large. There are good are amenities as well. Around the area are things like Costco, good restaurants. "
