"Rooms are in need of some major repairs but it was clean. The restaurant food was so good. Highly recommend the chicken soup, amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knew their clients as they came in the doors. Good job ladies."

"Last minute reservation. (Luckily there was availability.) Seamless check-in. Clean room, although we did use the iron and it had sticky/crusty black stuff on it that stained a shirt. Staff not needed but friendly at check-in/out. "

"An enjoyable stay for a good price. One thing I like about Extended Stay is that they have a full size refrigerator and microwave which most other hotels do not offer. I can save money by preparing my own meals. I came for the Taylor Swift concert and then stayed more than a week after the concert for sightseeing in the New Orleans area. Most of hotels were booked but this one was reasonably priced and was only about 12 miles from downtown New Orleans. There are fancier hotels in the area but...

"The hotelnis very cinvienent to the airport. Not much around, but Wendysbis across the street. Its licated in like an i duattial area, with Waffle House aboutb1/2 mile down the road as well as taco bell. It was quiet. The appearance- looks like upgrade is in progress, but overall a quiet place. The staff provided friendly greetungs. I out a 3 only because my interaction was minimal, as ny needs were met. "
