"Someone’s hair was floating all over the floor. Room was very old and used, time for a face lift. Shuttle and driver was right on time. Early morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Check in clerk was very aloof like she could care less that I was checking in. I have managed hotels for 25 years, I know what good service, Decent amenities, quality in the room is. This property could use some love. "

"First thing is they are struck about the 3pm check in, charged me an extra $20 for early check in at about 115 pm. Went to the room and it had an Oder I can’t describe but hope to equate to a pest bomb or terrible cleaner. The towels all had stains of various colors. At any point in your visit if you want fresh towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for an even exchange. A renovation was attempted but with poor craftsmanship ( broken toilet lit, terrible transition from tile to wall, tile crooked in shower, tub dirty inside and out with contractor spillage). The bed was mort comfortable than expected but boy did I sweat in it even with the AC at 61 (and thank fully the AC worked but did emit an odor for the first 30 minutes of running). In the end, I guess for the money you get what you pay for"

"The thing most memorable was the bed!!! So so so comfy! And the sheets were really nice too. I have never stayed at a Best Western and was pleasantly surprised!"

"The pool was full of grease and slime and too many chemicals. They told us the children could not swim although when we called they said the pool was doing great. The room was 79° turned on the air conditioner. It went up to 84. They didn’t give us our money back. Nor did they fix anything. They were not able to accommodate our four person party in another room. Like I said no refund. "

"This property has gone down hill. It’s just not like it used to be years ago. The rooms are very out dated. When i got Into my room the beds were poorly made. There was a half eaten candy bag inside the chair. There was press on nails underneath the bed. They have extension cords running underneath the beds. Our phone didn’t work. Couldn’t get any extra towels because they barely have workers to bring any up. No ice bucket in room. TERRIBLE STAY"

"The breakfast definitely like the others. Cereal, no milk, toast no butter, waffle iron needed spray but no spry. Waffles was burning and sticking. No yogurt. And when asked about it, the girl said truck came, but wasnt looking for it. Sausage didnt look cooked and that area was filthy. Upon check in, the workers was friendly and welcomimg"
