We loved walking Ben Butterworth Parkway along the River. Hot fudge sundaes at quaint nearby 100 year old candy/ice cream shop, Largomarcino's, are amazing!

Downtown Moline has a nice blend of the old and the new. It has not forgotten landmarks yet has many new or refurbished buildings. However, like East Moline and Davenport, Moline needs to fix a lot of the surface of their roads

Moline is much more modernized while retaining old charm of renovated brick buildings - riverfront continues to look better and better!

Eat anywhere but the River House. Poor service, poor attitudes. Everywhere else is happy to see you and appreciates you being there. Bad Boyz is all great! Bent River! Meli's! Los Portales! All fabulous!

Be aware that there are NO restaurants open past 10, kinda unfortunate when you're done with a concert and you're hungry and there's nothing open.

I loved Moline and the Quad Cities. We explored on Sunday and ended drinking up Bent River Brewery.

It's an up and coming neighborhood for sure. It's good to see building being revamped around.

Nice place to visit for two days, but I certainly wouldn't want to live there.
"Rated this two star hotel high because of wonderful service for the kind of hotel. It was. Plain room had 1 queen bed, hairdryer, MW, and fridge. Clean carpet good toiletries. I needed a room before my flight. It was great and cheap. Plug ins were only on one side of bed. "
