I join the Jerusalem Marathon so the location was very convenient, strongly recommend people to visit Mahane Yehuda market on Friday afternoon, have a beer and stay until shops close and the silence replace the feverishness of the previous hours.

The Mount of Olives is located on a hill inside the New Jerusalem which is an international area. The Mount of Olives is populated by hospitable and friendly Palestinians. It is a sacred, peaceful place for pilgrims.
