Despite the grey February weather, Menton looked colourful - loved the contrasting colours of the French shutters to the building. Can only imagine how vivid the colours are on a sunny day. Particularly liked all the oranges on the trees.

A beautiful place to visit and shop. The old town is very unusual near the St. Michael basilica. Lots of old steps and views of the water from the old church .

We had a fine sea view room that was a good value. The city is very walkable and pleasant.
