"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

"The lobby it’s amazing. the service it’s great and nice clean rooms. I got an upgrade with view to the city. Location top. Me and my girl love it because we enjoy to walk and explore. So it’s the perfect distance for us to the center not far not close. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that The room we got was next to a service closet so they open and close the door all day. Service wake me up since they start to work. I understand is for convenience but they open it every 5 minutes. "

"Due to being let down by another hotel we ended up booking a room at the last minute arriving about 30 mins after making the reservation. We arrived about 11.30pm hot and flustered. We were greeted by a cool reception that smelt like a Spa and a friendly gentleman on reception. The room was clean, comfortable with a stylish bathroom. "Incredible!!! I had done so much research for a great hotel in Madrid and The Pestana hit the mark!
