"The room was nice and quiet. I had a good stay at the hotel but when I woke up the next morning, the breakfast area had no coffee and their breakfast wasn’t very appetizing."

"Hotel is clean and the staff are happy as can be. The furniture shows wear but they are doing a remodel . Breakfast is the same as any of the chain hotels. We really liked how quite it was and there is a giant grocery store 300 feet and many eating places maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile away . Especially the Kenilworth Diner!"

"Waited for almost one hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, even though the ride from the airport to the hotel is about 7 min . . . so the shuttle should be arriving approx. every 15min. We had booked a room for 5, and the pull-out sofa was not made. The front desk informed me that there is bedding in the closet, so we were able to do it ourselves, but it should have been made prior to our arrival. The breakfast variety was very good and tasty."

"4/3/26. The room we had was clean except the bathroom. Had a dam smell to it. The sink was draining slow. The toilet would make a squealing sound when flushed the whole time it would take the tank to refill and then the toilet backed up. "

"Great location if you’re going to an event near Prudential center, property is closed to park, Penn station and some stores, room was clean did find some long hairs on my bed sheets which means they weren’t changed after previous guest left. Lobby has some weird green lights makes it creepy."

"Wow! The dining/ kitchen folks? Obviously take pride . Many guests may say “ How good can it be? It’s free.” Huge mistake. A spotless presentation and maintained so during the service. There is something for everybody. And say ty (Salamat) to our Filipino-American friends on staff . The work ethic pays off every day. Ever hear somebody suggest a photo-op? I saw it. Smiling kids in the background. Buffet in foreground. Happy family. Mint product. Yup👍👍Will I exclude, forget the stafff in the hotel proper? Nope. They all present w a professional countenance and place a smile on mostly every guest. Amazing. Amicable. Conversational. Intelligent. Yes siree Bob. Two days. First name basis: Danik, Christina, Fern at reception. Bryan, Guadeloupe take their job seriously as house security. They have your back. Up top, the ladies who clean, polish include those I’ve met in Isabellla, Soraya and Julianna. Meticulous. I know . I walked barefoot for two days. Lastly, for the history buff, a Stagecoach, 19th century, not a replica, honors the Equestrian history of the day and part of the Nicotra Collection. It offers the entrance of Hampton Inn some sweet personality, matching that of the personnel Mikey Mack👍"

"I came from a 12 day excursion in Greece. Comfort Inn bed was the most comfortable bed of the whole trip. Sheets were so soft!"

"Must be in a remodel stage. Took a while to check in with the correct paperwork. Noisy room next to ours all night partying. Exit gate not working when we had to catch a flight after we followed the instructions. Good for a cheap hotel night that’s for sure. "
