On a 7-city trip through southern Spain, this was our favorite hotel. Steps away from the Balcon de Europa, the hotel was bright and airy, with a roof-top pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea. This was one of the few hotels we found that offered a free breakfast and it was a great one. Two nights at this hotel was less than one night at many of the other hotels we stayed it. I've stayed here 3 times and have always enjoyed it. It's in a beautiful Andalusian style courtyard building that was built in the 1960s, but feels like the 1560s. The terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful, and dinners in the restaurant are delicious. The owners, Antonio and Evelyn are very welcoming hosts!
We were here in the off season so the hotel was very quiet. For a rural hotel, this place cannot be beat. There is a bar/restaurant attached that many locals seemed to frequent and the morning views outside of the balcony and toward the orange fields absolutely cannot be beat.
