Hotel quite comfortable though not luxurious.
A couple of quibbles: couldn't connect to wi-fi and staff member I raised it with was rather dismissive, and no sub-titles on TV."

"After spending the day at Monkey World we booked here to save the long drive home. This hotel is beautiful! Our room was The Loft which served myself, husband and 2 children 16 & 10 perfectly. The lady on reception was super helpful about the local area and we had a lovely evening by the beach in Swanage. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

Breakfast was served hot with a wide choice for all.
The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was clean, bathrooms were checked regularly.
Only comments on the whole are as othered could do with an update in terms of decor. It is rather tired.
Bedding and towels could also do with updating.
It was sufficient for what we needed. Which was a bed for the night and breakfast.
I would recommend staying. The views were also phenomenal!"

"The receptionist was very helpful in changing our room for a ground floor location,as my wife has problem with the stairs.room was ok with a smaller tv than we normally find in hotel rooms.unfortunately didn'get to use the facilities,but they looked good.The breakfast was excellent with clearly marked gluten free options,as my wife is a coeliac.will definetly use this hotel again"

"Had a good stay. However i found the bed to be very hard and the property to be very dated.
Everything was very clean, but the 1st impression wasn't what i had hoped for.
The location is wonderful, a great beach within a few minutes walk. Staff were all lovely.
However for me it is time to renevate, starting with the rooms and their furniture.
I did not try the extended facilities such as the spa, so can't comment."
