The receptionist was very helpful in changing our room for a ground floor location,as my wife has problem with the stairs.room was ok with a smaller tv than we normally find in hotel rooms.unfortunately didn'get to use the facilities,but they looked good.The breakfast was excellent with clearly marked gluten free options,as my wife is a coeliac.will definetly use this hotel again

Hotel was very clean. The swimming pool changing rooms lacked a spin dryer for wet swimsuits which meant drippy wet garments in our bedroom, and left very damp for the next swim! I was sold an out of date chocolate bar from the bar ( which I had eaten b4 noticing the date on wrapper). When I showed wrapper to bar attendant I hardly had an apology, let alone a replacement bar of same value.
