The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. The woman working the front desk is the rudest person I have ever met."

I would suggest considering other accommodation options for a more convenient experience."
