Pescara is a wonderful city. The downtown is very lively at all hours. It is not overly touristy and mostly frequented by locals. I recommend walking the downtown area and biking along the coast on the miles of dedicated bike path.

Pescara was lovely. The erea around Pescara is worth visiting. The shopping and restaurants are excellent. We really lucked out with Hotel Victoria.
