There are some steps to the front door, but this is clearly shown on their website (thank you for your honesty!), and staff are happy to help. There is a lift inside. Breakfast is nicely done by attentive staff. It's within easy reach of the station (a word of warning about the station - allow plenty of time for its very long passageway), and sights such as the Russian Church and the Casino.
