"The hotel is just a few minutes from the cruise port. It is located on one of the main streets within walking distance of many attractions and lots of shopping. There is even a Starbucks on property. However the room offers great coffee and tea choices as well as a fridge. I have to say the breakfast buffet is the best I've been to in a hotel. It's not your usual carb overload. There are lots of local foods including homemade juice shots. Oatmeal, fruit and yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, beans, homemade breads, pancakes, and lots of cold cuts and cheeses. The room was clean and well appointed with a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy comforters. The bathroom was big. It took a bit to get used to an open shower. I love that they store your luggage if needed.
The only thing I was very disappointed in was the staff at the front desk. It wasn't just me, I had several chances to observe them and their interactions. For the most part you feel ignored while waiting to check in or ask a question. A quick... I'll be with you in a moment would go a long way. Once you are being helped they are very nice and attentive. "
"We really enjoyed this hotel! It is a bit unassuming from the outside and in the hallways, but the room was lovely! Very clean, silent, and windows opened enough to keep the room cool. Would definitely return. "
