We had a wonderful stay at the City Center hotel. We were given 3 rooms on the 5th floor; the rooms were very clean and comfortable with great views. Mel at the front desk was extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. He took wonderful care of us and provided many helpful tips. The location of this hotel is so convenient. We were able to walk to shops, museums and restaurants. Parking is a little tricky, but overall our family had a great time. Bonus we got to meet the famous Baktus:) Thank you Mel for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back.
