Nacogdoches is a beautiful town. There are so many wonderful local shops & restaurants, including The Bosslight/Auntie Q's/Nacogdoches T-shirt Co & Dollie's Diner. Roma's is a new favorite. Dining in the courtyard at Roma's yesterday was lovely!

We grew up in Nacogdoches, but left after graduating from SFASU. It's still as charming as it was 40 years ago. Nacogdoches is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Highway 59 is full of trash/pebbles on roadway. Got a broken windshield on my trip here and my friend that lives here says this is not so uncommon. Beautiful town with beautiful parks.Love the pines and Japanese maples.

I am a former SFA student and always enjoy going back to Nacogdoches. The town is adopting and growing as the college population increases and that's nice to see.

We were disappointed that the festival this weekend in the park was canceled but flooding was a real threat. We just stopped for the night before heading home. The road construction and the traffic isn't pleasant.
"It was a last-minute stay for my daughter's college orientation. I am so glad we chose to stay. The front desk ladies were very helpful and quickly got us the keys to the room. The breakfast was hot and ready and delicious.
We are staying again when we come to visit our daughter."
"I enjoyed the free breakfast, with warm food like eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits. several options of toast and cereals, coffee and tea, and cold choices of orange juice, yogurt, muffins, apples, bananas, pastries or cookies. There were vending machines with snacks and drinks as well as other foods to purchase like ice cream, mini pizzas, etc. I enjoyed the clean room, the hot water with very good water pressure, the soap, shampoo, and lotion that was available. The refrigerator and microwave were handy for snacks. There was a large parking lot with plenty of free parking, a covered area with a picnic table and benches for guest's use, a very large area where sports could be played, and a room with a washer and dryer for guest's use The bed was comfortable with extra pillows. There were multiple usb outlets in the room, a desk and chair where one can eat or work, and an extra chair to relax in. There is free t.v. with 57 channels which includes sports, movies, shows, and news. There is free wifi in the reception and in the rooms."
