"Room is great, cleaning staff do a good job.
Tried the breakfast at the hotel and it's great, nice, friendly staff.
I got in early and I was allowed early check in, muchas gracias! 😊
Location is also great and near the Sta Lucia park."

"The single room was very small but smartly outfitted with clothes hooks, outlets and lighting. The bathroom took up half the room so was a good size. Air conditioning and wifi were great. The door technology was quite impressive and unexpected, but a very nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pool was also quite nice but could have been cleaned more often due to the dead insects floating on the surface."

"Hotel Hacienda Merida is a charming, well maintained boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was cleaned to perfection each day. Breakfast served on the outside patio was a lovely start to the day. If you like salsa dancing, La Negrita is a short walk down the street. I loved staying at Hacienda Merida. It made my last few days in Merida a pleasure!"
