"We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! "

"Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list."

"Excelente lugar ubicado a una cuadra de la Plaza Grande y Catedral. Tiene restaurantes, tiendas, todo cerca. La terminal de autobuses a unas cuantas cuadras. El lugar es limpio, acogedor, más grande que en foto y la suite tiene todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. "

"The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all! "

The attention to detail incredible. Upon arriving I was offered the most delicious drink to cool off along with a cool wet towel. The owners are real artists and it is reflected everywhere in the home. As an artist myself I am totally inspired. This place is a real treat for the eyes. It is real oasis in a busy town. Well done. I will be back! Oh yes, the management team real class. Keep up the good work😄"
