The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help. We had made reservations at the last minute, after having a negative experience with a vacation rental. It was such a relief, walking into Hotel Seranata, and be greeted with such positive energy.

We had to leave our Airbnb early due to excessive noise and ended up here. This place is sooo quiet. The room: layout was spacious and well thought out with a comfy bed. There were some complaints in the reviews of the shower not getting hot. We initially thought we had that problem too but after at least 2 minutes of letting the water run it turned hot.
