"Staff throughout was great, outside noise from the room was excessive and elevators shook more than I was comfortable with. The maintenance for the building was lacking at the price point. "

"Our room was not ready it was almost 5pm they upgraded us to an available suite- ac was not working temperature in the room reached 78 degrees. Changed our room to a much small room. "

"Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the only minor issue is that you need to call the front desk to adjust the thermostat. It’s not deal breaker but minor inconvenience. "

"This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our room was amazing and very clean."

"The art inside the hotel was absolutely stunning! Front desk was very friendly. The hotel itself was confusing… there’s a paper that lists everything the hotel offers but finding said amenity on different floors seemed near impossible… Even the staff was unsure when asked where certain things were. Ultimately ended up giving up trying to play “where’s Waldo” and opted to stay in the room. Was only there for one night but would have loved to explore more. Secondly, free parking should be included with the price of the stay. It costs enough to surely be able to cover parking a vehicle in a lot for the duration of a stay. Lastly, this fancier hotel was built in the projects in downtown Dallas. It’s one street down from a huge homeless population. Kinda felt like a slap in the face and a bit of a reality check about how cruel life can be. An upscale establishment almost in the heart of a population who has nothing but the bag they carry on their back…"
