"Conveniently located near family who are stationed at Fort Hood. Close to many restaurants and stores. We had a quiet 4th floor room and the housekeeping staff respected our privacy. All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three. "

"The best part of my three night stay was having my doggie with me. Nothing fancy. Room clean including sheets & towels. Ice machine broken, but supplied all the ice needed. Front desk friendly, and requested a bottom room. When realized I did not smoke, I was accommodated. I will stay again, if need be. Because the price was right."

"The staff who checked me in was very nice and very helpful over the process took an inordinately long time. They were confused about the kind of room I had booked and my request to be on the first floor. I had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen in my eyes. There was pubic hair on the bedspread and in the shower area."
