Nadia and Rose are the epitome of guest satisfaction, and great hospitality! Always helpful and kind. Thanks to the both of you for making my stay worth it whenever I came. I will not mention the bad things because it doesn't matter, they definitely know , and the Lord will fix it in due season. Morning crew definitely needs to tighten up in being a little more friendly especially in the service of hospitality. Learn to welcome and say Hello to your paying guest upon their arrivals, and departures. So from now on my money will be going to the MARRIOT!

Nadia and Rose are two of the best workers in that place! Those ladies are very professional and friendly. Nadia helped me my very first stay when I was having issues with booking, she was very patient and helpful she definitely has the qualities that some of the management team lacks in the morning. It's like night and day literally..I've asked several times to speak to the District manager, but to no avail. It seems like the management team doesn't like constructive criticism lol. (The big white lady Tia) MARRIOT is where I will be going back to. Spark by Hilton just isn't worth the convenience.

We had booked a king-size room. Was told by young lady at the desk no kings available, just a room with 2 Queens. Hotel did not have that many vehicles outside when we arrived around 9:45 PM. Didn't make sense but she blamed Expedia for over booking. We were tired so took the room. Room has a very unpleasant odor. Mildew or mold smell.
