"I was only in Hanoi for an 18 hour layover and wanted a hotel to nap a bit before exploring the city. The manager picked us up from the airport at 6am, organized a driver to take us back to the hotel from the city, and then dropped us back off at the airport in the evening. The property was clean and everyone was very helpful"
