"Very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nice breakfast included in the price. Staff very nice, Monica and the other young ladies at reception were super helpful. Hotel location was great, so easy to walk within minutes to Main Square and to the river area, where you can catch a very enjoyable boat ride or stroll along the river, Castle nearby too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel 32. I would stay here again if I am back in Krakow."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "
