They let us make a late checkin (because of our late flight), and our surprised wss that they have karaoke night (at least during the weekend), was so nice to take there a beer (quite more cheap than in the center city) while listening to people singing good songs. Just to add, the staff was really nice."

"Good studio apartment but remember that this is Student Accommodation. Do not book if you have mobility problems. I had not seen that there was no lift and I was in Birmingham for pain treatment for joints. All flats are accessed by stairs only. You also need photo id and bring your own bin bags. Very clise to city centre and good range of shops literally on doorstop."
