"Very convenient location. It was easy to walk from/ to centrally and also right next to DuPont Circle metro station for those days when we didn’t feel like walking. The lifts were a bit slow (with one out of three not working). The rooms were serviced twice a day (including an evening turn down service). Would recommend the hotel"

"A great location for families visiting the city. Room is set up great, but showing signs of needing a deep clean (cracks and crevices) but otherwise good… I’m picky. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, staff is working super hard, but again, all around the omelette station things need a deep clean. Dust is really collecting in lights, rails and fans. Management just needs to “look up”. Those are the things you notice while standing in line. We would stay again but hope these...
