"This hotel gave me a home in Boston . It is beautiful, very clean, excellent service and excellent food. The staff were all very helpful , thoughtful and kind. I am 70 years old and I had to travel alone. The general manager Agnes set the example and I saw her greet people inside and outside the hotel. She and front desk staff and restaurant folks each helped me feel happy and at home! Excellent location of hotel in Boston. I plan to return ! Maureen Christianson"

It's literally attached to the Prudential Center, so easy shopping is a short elevator ride to the lobby. The weather was dreadful while we were there, so being able to enter the Prudential Center without having to go outside was great. "Really cool space right on Mass Ave! We were in the fourth floor Studio which was clean and had all the amenities other small apartment. The memory foam bed was comfortable! Host communication was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!"

"perfect localisation for Boston Marathon or Boston sightseeing. There was microwave and toaster in the kitchen annex. There was no kettle though. Close to busy highway but bearable with closed window. There was no late check out option but there is a storage in nearby dry cleaning shop ( booking through Bounce app). Overall would use it again even though it is very basic."
