"We had a great stay here at the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square. Got an early check-in, which was very helpful. Found the room very comfortable and the location was right near the water, close to all the downtown attractions. Convenient to the light rail too, which took us to the airport the next day. The free breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating. Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings."
