"We had 2 family apartments for our family of 5. There is no lift and the stairs were a bit challenging for my in-laws, but the staff helped us carry their bags up to their home. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We were able to book transportation from the airport to the hotel, and they were able to take us to the Civitavecchia port as well. Breakfast was good enough to get us started for the day, albeit not quite the spread I've seen at other hotels. Location is excellent, with Piazza Navona just round the corner and lots of bus stops to get pretty much anywhere. Lots of eating places nearby. We were able to walk to the Vatican in 20 mins."
