We stayed in the secret garden room which was brand new, we were only the second guests to stay in this new room. Excellent location within 1km walking distance of all main attractions. "We had 2 family apartments for our family of 5. There is no lift and the stairs were a bit challenging for my in-laws, but the staff helped us carry their bags up to their home. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We were able to book transportation from the airport to the hotel, and they were able to take us to the Civitavecchia port as well.
